For Tony Cheng, HR is more than just a function—it’s the key to business success. With over 24 years of experience in HR and leadership, he has worked in both SMEs and MNCs at senior levels, gaining deep insights into what makes organizations thrive.
Tony founded MICLOH with a clear mission: to make HR management simple, accessible, and impactful for all businesses—not just large corporations. He is passionate about helping organizations develop their people, strengthening HR professionals, and building great leaders.
A recognized industry expert, Tony has led teams to multiple HR awards and was honored as the 2024 HRD Trainer Award Winner. As a coach, consultant, and trainer, he continues to drive HR excellence and leadership development, empowering businesses to build strong, future-ready teams.

As demand grew, MICLOH successfully implemented structured HR frameworks for over 100 businesses nationwide. Our tailored solutions empowered organizations to improve workforce management, tackle HR challenges, and enhance operational efficiency.
Recognizing the evolving needs of businesses, MICLOH introduced interactive online courses to make professional development more accessible. These programs allowed HR professionals and business leaders to continue learning and adapting in a fast-changing work environment.
Committed to a people-first philosophy, MICLOH expanded its influence by supporting over 500 companies and training more than 2,500 professionals. With a focus on high-quality consulting and education, we continued to set new benchmarks in HR excellence.
MICLOH partnered with SEGi College Subang Jaya to launch the Executive Degree in HR Management & Development, a program designed to help HR professionals build practical skills and competencies. This collaboration reinforced our commitment to developing more capable and confident HR practitioners.
